  • Non-FMCG Products: Dispatched within 10–15 business days, depending on delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, destination PIN code, and courier service.
  • During high order volumes, shipments may take a few extra days.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are displayed on the final payment page before you confirm your order.
  • Estimated delivery dates depend on your area PIN code and courier partner timelines.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS with a tracking link.

You can also track your order through our website/app.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
